went on a shopping spree. left hm at 9am to go bedok mkt [opp tj] for apom n putut mayam breakfast. mmm. had tau huay n soya bean drink too. went bugis to pray at the waterloo temple for fast recovery n went to jalan arnd there. walked along bugis village [the 2nd floor shops haven open] n bugis junction. feeling bored, we drove to orchard. [i got to sit in front. haha.]

there was terrible traffic jam n mommy was grouchy. we shopped at ngee ann city n trix bought her speedo swimsuit n alisa feel in love wif her brown n pink 'pony' shoes. we then went to 'puma' n 'WH' but stupid, fat me looked horrible in everything. =( alisa on the other hand looked awesome in the shortest of skirts n tightest of blouses. life is not fair.

oso, i couldn't find the same top i liked frm esprit but i blew $120 on clothes frm giodano n forever 21. bought jeans, a cool army green top, 24 gold bangles n a cutesy green necklace. yup, it was kinda impulse but its still within my budget. hehe. but i still need shoes n a cute cute bag.

troublesome me hv a special diet so we went to eat at a jap restaurant. they all had nice, elaborate sets wif conveyor belt sushi n sashimi but i had to settle for a simple 1/2 bowl of kitsune udon n pork bun. expensive n not worthwhile. but wat can u expect abt exorbitant orchard rd food prices? at least i tried abit of fried tempura icecream which mommy made me stop eating coz there seemed to hv egg. ordered a green tea icecream instead.

went to taka area n saw yuvan wif his predictable crumpler backpack n headphones n shades. haha. he didn't see me though. later walked to heeren coz fussy alisa insists on finding her shoes. we still didn't find it but we all bought nice $8 slippers frm a shop. poor bri was soo bored trix had him count the no. of gals wearing jean skirts n i made him count the no. of steps we took. but the cute lil gentleman still insisted on carrying all our shopping bags. then we went to tis flip flop store at heeren which trix acknowledged was full of hunky all-male staff. while alisa ogled at their bronze bodies n barely-there singlets, trix fantasied abt being the only female staff in tt store. typical her. she oso discovered the famous amos hamper she won at her prom was worth $78. gosh. rich sch hor..

walked back to ngee ann city to go hm n saw ivy lee [chnl 8 actress duh!] wif her daughter mikki buying curry puffs. haha. she looks fab in person in a green halter top n white 3/4 pants. we indulged in oh-so-expensive fruit juice frm a juice bar n went hm. guess how much 6hrs at orchard parking cost? $16.08!! add tt wif the bugis parking charges of 4 bucks plus erp n petrol charges. nxt time, we shld take the mrt. hmm, but on 2nd thought, tis alternative wld mean we hafta carry so much shopping hm..

anyway, going to the club to buy coffee beans for kim kim n go parkway to buy my blouse frm esprit n find my elusive shoe n bag plus my xmas present. then will go botanic gardens for picnic wif my cousins. speaking of tt, i gotta go pack my own sandwich since i prob can't eat anything frm the picnic basket.

but on the whole, tis has been a great hol. happy xmas everyone.
