overslept again so went
gym at 9+ so i dun hafta get sunburnt while running outside. did the treadmill for 30min.. curiously, my muscles dun ache anymore so i guess its juz a matter of pushing urself beyond ur limits..
did the weights n stuff again.. the gym was crowded in the morn wif all the housewives comparing sons:
mama 1: my son psle 239 can't go vs leh.
mama 2: haha. 239 how to go vs. dun overestimate ur son can anot. my son can go chung cheng leh. higher chi A*.. gd hor.
mama 1: i offer vs money oso dun wan. u noe wat they want?
mama 2: wat?
mama 1: go be rdblock during special occasions.
son of mama 1: then go block rds lah. easy ma.
mama 1: ni yao si ar? (u wan die ar?) go hm go hm.
then they all left. i tink they come gym to enjoy free aircon not to exercise. but tts morning blockbuster frm the heartlands for u. =)
aft tt, i'm left all alone to the sounds of my panting. n guess wat? i lost
0.6 kg today!! i dunno izzit coz i weigh in the morn so
lighter.. since at night ur feet expand so prob ur body expands too. but now, i need a belt to hold up tt cargo pants i bought last wk. (mayb it expanded it the wash but i need to encourage myself ma)
my target is to lose 8kg by jan 29 - cny day 1.. tt wrks out to 0.2kg per day. jia you!! gambette!! then can go esprit buy more clothes!! coz i hv my v own discount card now!!!!! (yj: i noe esprit is ur fav store. nxt time we go splurge k?) i juz need a sup credit card now.. haha.
