back at last.

the hotel looked kinda old on the outside but it was v posh on the inside. victorian like furnishing. lots of gold n bronze mix n matching. nice lifts n grand staircases. juz like in a palace. the staff were mostly indians n their service was the tops man. the spoke perfect eng n all their uni looked like tt of the british colonial era. ranging frm the doorman to the waiter, the receptionist to the housekeeper. totally cool.

we had tis sorta connecting rm wif cable tv!! n the rooms faced the high-rise buildings of orchard rd which is only two bus stops down the street. another awesome thing was tt the glass windows turned into mirrors at night.. amazing. dinner at the restaurant was great too. everything was perfect. frm the lightings to the waterfalls, rocks n greenery all visible frm the full-length glass windows. i oso tried a 'virgin chi chi' tis non-alcoholic cocktail. i bet the drinks made up most of the bill but they were the most fascinating part..

trix then had her apricot wif white choc bdae cake. it was nice too. the staff were great in creating tt celebratory ambience. we then went back to the rm to play cards, board games n watched a couple of in-house movies n my fav was 'baby's day out' a v funny show wif an extremely cute baby who goes on an adventure aft being kidnapped. soo adorable. but the nights were not v comfortale coz although the bed was exceptionally springy, it did not feel like my own bed. so yeah, home is the best.

daddy say the first car he'll buy for me aft i get my driving license is a toyota or nissan coz its slower n if i hv accident (choy!!), it'll be cheaper to replace. bahx.i dunno was he drunk to actually promise me a car or was he even more drunk to actually forget my dream car is a mercedes clk or a mazda rx? haha.

returned hm yesterday afternoon. then went to sgh to see the doc. he say there's a form of 'keloid' growing under the skin so muz use steriods to let it subside. so now applying steriod cream n if it doesn't wrk, he'll inject the chemical in. scary. now i can't go rebond n colour my hair in case got some side effects. btw, i cut hair again. but i retain its length so not v noticable but it feels lighter.

supposed to pei mom n trix go temple in the morn, go tighten her braces then go shopping. but too tired to wake up tis morn so i'm now stuck at hm.

i really hafta lose weight. been off my exercise n diet schedule tis couple of days. haiz.. oh, thank you yingjie n mag for ur lovely cards n euodia for ur xmas greeting. i hope india was fun. =)
