went hougang area for dinner wif mommy n daddy yesterday. tot i was so disciplined to eat claypot pork porridge when they had nasi lemak. but all was not meant to be when i couldn't resist a hazelnut ice-cream frm 'venezia' at heartland mall. daddy couldn't help but hv the dark choc n belgium coffee.. mommy survied the temptation.. =P

was looking at my choices again. shortlisted the following..

media n communications

business/logistics n operations management/marketing
communications n media management
hospitality n tourism management
retail management


somehow, i wanna be like mommy. hv big, fat salary, standard wrk hrs, big hse, cool car, etc. she's in the banking line so if i hv any prob oso can ask her. but i'm far frm meticulous. one more zero or one less zero cld make or break a company. the decimal pts oso v dangerous... but its so awesome to wrk in shenton way, wear a business suit n be a super career woman. tis far beats the tourism n leisure industry which although booming equals to irregular wrk hrs. u wrk during hols n throughout the nite.. its oso better then the mundane human resource aspect. media is the closest competitor to a fun n interesting career but it means sacrificing alot. besides, its much more diff to shine n gain a place in uni...

but now dunno how to position my choices... coz it certainly doesn't make sense to put a more selective course like media behind business coz if i can't enter the business course, i most certainly wun be able to get my nxt choice.. =(
