since my life is now so blah blah, i'll post abt my sis. yesterday was tkgs prom. she wore tis greenish-gold or golden-green [so patrotic] tube, knee-length dress n gold shoes wif tis beautiful sash to tie round her ankles. she even put on make-up for the first time in her life!!! n she looked a million-bucks. honest. my mei looked as if she has grown-up overnight.

anyway, she was disappointed tt the dinner was held at 'singapore swimming club' where we spend every wkend n for her, every studying day there. she claims its so ordinary. but at least they get to use the grand ballroom. i'm a member n nv even step foot into tt posh gallery. *sulks*

anyway, apparently everyone was much more elaborately dressed so she stood no chance at being prom queen - not tt she wanted. but she won the 18th lucky draw prize consisting of a large 'famous amos' hamper [sooo impressive. i bet it costs more than $50] n tis teddy bear. they gave out 100 gifts all sponsered [tts the diff between a branded sch n a neighbourhood sch] there were $50 delifrance [some misheard it for 'marie-france'] n parkway vouchers... even panasonic n canon digicams. cool. my sis table hv 9 ppl. 7 of them got lucky draw prizes, one was prom queen n the poor remaining one happened to be the head prefect. so sad hor. slog so hard for the sch n hv nothing in return.

trix say the remarked: "i'm so happy for u n u n u n u but so sad for myself.."

anyway, there were butches dressed in tux which my mom is still complaining abt till now. haiz. so conservative!!

oh oh, happy 17th bdae anee. i was the first to wish him last nite u noe. so thoughtful hor?? lolx.
