I&R gives my headache. no. PW gives me headache n loss of appetite n isomnia (the chronic inability to fall asleep or remain asleep for an adequate length of time) i'm serious. god, i dunno how to change the bloody thing.

tmr still muz go back sch organise the GPF. still muz go hospital aft tt. my life is an inner turmoil of confused emotions.
