creative sucks. my mp3 spoil for the 3rd time in 6mth. they say wanna replace three wks ago when daddy called them last wk, they promise it'll b ready by yesterday so mom wanted to go down to their headquaters to collect but luckily she called in advance then they say stock haven't come so muz wait three more wks. wat the hell then they nv even hv the decency to call to notify wat if my mom make a wasted trip? from shenton way to jurong east no joke leh. such poor after sales service. no wonder will always lose to ipod. they deserve it man. then ting juz bought a zen neeon. (oh, n i coincidently juz received a call frm her to say screen hang juz two days aft purchase - yes, its ok now coz she reset it but such malfunctionings shld not happen within 72hrs of purchase!) so idiotic lah. shldn't support them sia. idiot idiot. =( made in s'pore. *shakes head*

p.s. (y.j. if u decide to buy a neeon bcoz of its radio, its not worthwhile. considering all the trouble it can potentially bring u. dun say i nv warn u hor.)

n i take responsibility fir my wrds n its true tt my zen micro does indeed give me a hell lot of prob. but there still mayb some perfectly efficient players out there... who noes??
